To be eligible for the Pureskin Korea Satisfaction Guarantee program, you must:
Take a clear picture of yourself or the area of your skin where you will be using the product(Before using the product). Consecutively use the product as directed for the recommended amount of time. If the product is exhausted and there are no visible results or there is a side effect, you will be given a 100% refund of the amount you paid.
To submit a claim for the Satisfaction Guarantee program, simply follow these steps:
Send an email to hello@pureskin.help In the “Subject” line, write “Satisfaction Guarantee Claim.” In the “Message” body, include the following information: Your name, phone number, and order number A brief description of the issue you are experiencing with the product A clear BEFORE & AFTER picture of yourself or the area of your skin where you used the product Click “Send.”
A Pureskin Korea customer service representative will review your claim and contact you within 3 business days. If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the product.
Please note: The Pureskin Korea Satisfaction Guarantee program is only valid for products that have been purchased directly from the Pureskin Korea website. Products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for the program.
Example:
You purchase a jar of Pureskin Korea Smooth & Brighten Face Cream from the Pureskin Korea website. You use the cream as directed for the recommended amount of time, but you do not see any visible results.
To submit a claim for the Satisfaction Guarantee program, you would follow the steps above and include the following information in your message:
Your name and order number A brief description of the issue you are experiencing with the product (i.e., no visible results and mild rash on cheeks) A clear BEFORE using picture & AFTER using picture of yourself or your cheeks
A Pureskin Korea customer service representative will review your claim and contact you within 3-7 business days. If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the face cream.
